Jessica started her career in Los Angeles working in the entertainment industry. She partnered with actors, directors, writers, and producers to develop many high-profile projects. She then
took her knowledge of working with talent to Commodore and throughout her 5+ years of recruiting, she has enjoyed placing candidates in their dream jobs, managing accounts and leading an amazing team of recruiters. Jessica currently lives in NJ and is a graduate of the The University of Florida (Go Gators!)

Meredith Vogel
Enablement Manager
After graduating from Villanova University Meredith spent 6+ years in sales at a global digital consultancy. Meredith worked with many large clients in various industries, focused on SaaS implementation. She then joined Commodore Partners as a Recruiter and worked in this role for 3 years, until being promoted into the role of Enablement Manager. In this role, Meredith focuses on providing the team with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.
Fun Facts:
Meredith was a sailing instructor during her summers off in college
Her first job was in a fish market
Doing “the worm” is Meredith’s favorite party trick
Hunter Mooreland
Recruiting Manager
In his 2+ years of experience in the recruitment world, Hunter has thoroughly enjoyed being able to help individuals identify their next steps in their careers. Over the past year at Commodore, Hunter has had the pleasure of helping incredible SaaS companies build out their GTM teams with amazing talent!
Fun Facts:
Was a NCAA Division 1 lacrosse player and All-American at Johns Hopkins University. Played professional lacrosse as well. Cheers during Romcom movies like it’s a professional sports game.
Karen Deville
Senior Recruiter
Karen ran an e-commerce store prior to joining Commodore Partners in 2020. She has been a candidate and client advocate specializing in CSM roles, but also loves the challenge of learning about other roles and the importance they play in an organization. She is best known for her candidate engagement, perseverance, and grit. This coupled with her client knowledge and thoroughness has created a win-win for clients and candidates alike.
Fun Facts: Karen is a Harry Potter fanatic, and has traveled with her husband to 5 cities to see the Foo Fighters. She shivers at 70° but still loves to travel to cold places to beat the S. Florida heat.
Karen loves yoga, finding good sours at local breweries and pampering her long-haired mini dachshunds and persian cats.
