Jennifer Barnett, a distinguished member of the Commodore Partners team for over two years, is being promoted to the role of Vice President, Strategic Search, to lead this new division. Jennifer’s journey in the recruitment industry has been marked by significant achievements and progressive leadership roles. Before her tenure at Commodore Partners, which began in September 2021, she was a Director at The Headhunters, LLC, focusing on professional recruitment and placement through direct hire and executive search. Her extensive experience also includes her impactful role at Robert Half as a Division Director and Assistant VP in Finance and Accounting. In these positions, Jennifer exhibited a profound capacity for leadership and strategic development in recruitment.
